Dans cette optique, Techno-G s\u2019est lanc\u00e9 dans une qu\u00eate pour explorer les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019utiliser des mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la corrosion et \u00e0 l\u2019usure dans le domaine des technologies de production 3D. <\/p><p>Ainsi, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de d\u00e9veloppement de Techno-G a lanc\u00e9 des recherches pour d\u00e9terminer si les composants d\u2019une valve \u00e0 segment de bille Techno-G pouvaient \u00eatre imprim\u00e9s en 3D en utilisant le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 Coldspray m\u00e9tallique 3D tout en r\u00e9pondant aux m\u00eames exigences mat\u00e9rielles que dans la production conventionnelle de valve \u00e0 segment de bille.<\/p><p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019impression 3D Coldspray, utilisant le titane comme mat\u00e9riau de base, a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait l\u2019objet de recherches et d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentations approfondies. Fort de cette grande exp\u00e9rience, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de conception de Techno-G a r\u00e9imagin\u00e9 le design du corps de la valve \u00e0 segment de boule Techno-G pour l\u2019adapter \u00e0 une utilisation dans le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019impression 3D Coldspray.
