The housing of each Techno-G Ball Segment Valve is crafted according to the EN13445 European Union standards for pressure vessel design and construction. It features flanges that conform to the NEN-EN1092-1 standard, which sets specifications for circular steel flanges with PN designations ranging from PN 2.5 to PN 400.
To assure quality, each valve undergoes hydrotesting and can be supplied with a PED Certificate in compliance with the “Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU,” with LRQA serving as the Notified Body.
The Manufacturing Data Book that accompanies each valve includes various certificates, Instructional and Operational Manuals, a CE Declaration, an EG declaration, and ATEX regulations when applicable. It also contains a Hydrotest certificate that is both signed and stamped.
Each Instructional and Operational Manual includes an Inspection Test Plan (ITP) that adheres to the template provided by LRQA, which will also stamp and sign the document. Photographs are often taken during the Hydrotest procedure to serve as evidence of compliance.
Once all quality assurance and quality control procedures have been successfully completed, each Techno-G Ball Segment Valve is carefully packaged, labeled, and accompanied by all requisite documentation and packing lists, under close supervision and with utmost care.
